Customers provide drawings or CAD files, and ZSJH Steel converts the approved geometry into CNC cutting programs. We confirm material, plate thickness, tolerances, edge quality, quantity and delivery requirements before nesting and production. Cut parts can be supplied as cut blanks or with agreed follow-up processing.

Plate girders, welded H-beams, box sections, thick base plates, pressure-support frames and full-penetration welded joints.
We can process customer-defined material grades, thicknesses, profile geometry, hole and slot patterns, bevel details, part marks, nesting priorities and batch quantities. Files are reviewed for scale, units, open contours, duplicate lines, kerf allowance and drawing revision before release.
1. Receive and review CAD files or approved drawings.
2. Confirm material, thickness, quantities, tolerances and edge requirements.
3. Clean geometry and prepare CNC programs with kerf and lead-in settings.
4. Nest parts on available plate sizes to balance yield and production time.
5. Cut using the selected plasma, oxy-fuel or other approved CNC process.
6. Remove slag or dross and complete bevel or edge preparation where ordered.
7. Check dimensions, holes, orientation, flatness and surface condition.
8. Mark, document and pack parts by assembly or project zone.
What files can customers submit?
CAD, DXF, DWG, PDF drawings or approved nesting files can be reviewed. The production file is confirmed before cutting.
Is this the same as Steel Plate Fabrication?
This service emphasizes programmed cutting from customer drawings or CAD files. Finished steel plate products with extensive drilling, welding and surface treatment belong to Steel Plate Fabrication.
Can you cut repeat batches?
Yes. Approved programs, piece marks and revision control support repeat production.
