Our custom laser & plasma cutting metal parts are tailor‑made industrial structural components. According to customers’ drawings, samples or dimensional requirements, we process various shape metal blanks, connecting plates, base plates, flange‑like parts and special‑shaped mechanical accessories.

Supported material includes carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and other metal plates. We are capable of thick‑plate cutting, hole opening, slotting, special‑shape profiling. Suitable for mechanical equipment, engineering machinery, steel structure, automation fixture and other industrial OEM projects.

This is custom‑made product, no fixed standard size. All items are produced based on customer technical requirements.

Q1: Do you need CAD drawing for quotation?

A: DWG/DXF 2D drawing is the best. If you do not have drawing, you can provide physical sample or clear dimension marked pictures for our evaluation.

Q2: What is your lead time?

A: Sample order: 3‑7 working days; mass‑production order depends on part complexity & quantity, we will confirm lead‑time in quotation.

Q3: Can you do further machining besides cutting?

A: Yes. We support follow‑up service such as deburring, drilling, tapping, grinding, rust‑proof treatment. Please note your extra requirement when sending inquiry.

Q4: Can you ship to overseas port?

A: Yes, we are familiar with export business. We can supply FOB Tianjin port, EX‑works or arrange door‑to‑door freight for you.

Q5: What if I only need a small quantity for test?

A: Sample order starting from 1pc is acceptable for custom cutting parts.
