A steel channel is a hot rolled structural section with a flat web and two flanges extending from the same side. Its U-shaped profile provides good bending resistance while keeping the section relatively lightweight and easy to fabricate.
Channel steel is frequently used as a secondary structural member, equipment support, frame component, stair stringer, platform edge member or machinery base. It can be connected by welding or bolts and combined with plates, beams, columns and other steel sections

UPN channels have a traditional U-shaped section with tapered inner flange surfaces. They are commonly used in building frames, platforms, industrial supports and general structural fabrication.
UPE channels feature parallel flange surfaces. This consistent geometry simplifies connection detailing, plate installation, bolting and component assembly.
In addition to standard hot rolled profiles, we can process channel sections according to project drawings, including special lengths, hole patterns, welded plates and surface protection.

The channel profile provides effective resistance against bending and deformation. It is suitable for structural members subjected to moderate loads and for supporting systems that require a compact section.
Steel channels provide a practical balance between section weight and mechanical performance. They can help reduce unnecessary material consumption in secondary structures and equipment frames.
Channels can be easily welded, drilled or bolted to steel plates, beams and other supporting members. UPE profiles are especially convenient where parallel flange surfaces are required.
Different finishes are available according to the installation environment. Mill-finish steel is suitable for further fabrication, while primer coating or galvanizing provides additional corrosion protection.
Steel channels can be processed into installation-ready parts, reducing cutting, drilling and welding work at the project site.

| Surface Finish | Recommended Use |
| Black Mill Finish | Indoor fabrication and further processing |
| Shot Blasted Surface | Preparation for painting or coating |
| Primer Coating | General industrial buildings and indoor structures |
| Hot-Dip Galvanizing | Outdoor, humid and corrosion-prone environments |
| Customized Coating | Special project or environmental requirements |
| Industry | Typical Applications |
| Steel Buildings | Secondary frames, wall supports and roof structures |
| Warehouses | Platforms, mezzanine supports and equipment frames |
| Manufacturing Plants | Machinery bases, production line frames and maintenance platforms |
| Logistics Centers | Conveyor supports, racks and loading platforms |
| Infrastructure | Walkways, barriers, supports and service structures |
| Energy Projects | Equipment skids and supporting frames |
| Prefabricated Buildings | Floor frames, wall frames and modular supports |
| General Fabrication | Brackets, frames, bases and welded assemblies |
The selected section must provide sufficient strength and stiffness for the expected load and support spacing.
UPN channels are suitable for many conventional structures, while UPE channels are preferred when parallel flanges simplify the connection design.
Indoor projects may use mill-finish or primer-coated channels. Outdoor and humid environments may require hot-dip galvanizing or another protective coating.
Hole positions, cutting angles, welded plates and connection details should be confirmed before production.
Long channel sections should be planned according to container size, site access and installation conditions.
