ZSJH coordinates structural fabrication and galvanizing as one controlled supply process. Drawings are reviewed for material, member size, welded details, drainage, venting, lifting, transport and site connections before production. After fabrication and inspection, components are cleaned and galvanized using the approved process, then checked for surface condition, coverage, dimensions and connection readiness. Galvanizing standard, coating thickness, bath-size limits, appearance criteria and repair method are confirmed against ZSJH actual process capability, the galvanizer documentation and the approved project specification. Unconfirmed coating-life claims are not used.
