The process may include cleaning, abrasive preparation or mechanical preparation as approved, dust removal, stripe coating of edges and welds, controlled mixing and application, curing between coats, visual checks and dry-film-thickness measurement. Coating brand, product model, compatibility, mixing ratio, thinner, recoat interval and application parameters are confirmed from ZSJH actual availability, the approved coating schedule and the manufacturer technical data sheet.
