All steel components are fully prefabricated in factory, bolt-connected on construction site, cutting 40% construction period vs traditional concrete buildings. The whole system meets Eurocode EN, AISC, ISO & CE standards, excellent anti-seismic, wind-resistant and corrosion-resistant performance, widely exported to Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia, Middle East and Latin America.

Main Steel Frame System

The load-bearing system consists of welded box columns and hot-rolled H-section beams, forming rigid frame structure. Box columns are used for super high-rise over 20 floors to improve vertical bearing capacity and lateral stiffness. All beam-column joints adopt high-strength friction bolts, avoid on-site welding defects, guarantee structural precision.

Floor Bearing System

We use galvanized steel deck as permanent formwork, pour reinforced concrete on site to form composite floor slab. This structure is light but high bearing capacity, reduces overall building weight, further lowers foundation engineering investment.

Envelope Insulation System

Exterior wall can choose fireproof rock wool sandwich panel or all-glass aluminum curtain wall. Internal filled thermal insulation material reduces heat transfer coefficient, realize energy-saving green building standard. Fireproof partition wall, sound insulation wall can be customized according to hotel, office and apartment demands.

Anti-Corrosion & Fire Protection Process

Steel surface undergoes strict sandblasting to reach Sa2.5 cleanliness grade, multi-layer anti-rust paint system for inland cities; C5-M marine anti-corrosion coating system for coastal humid salt fog areas. Fireproof paint is sprayed on main bearing members to meet different national fire protection code requirements.
