Manufacturing and Quality Control

1. Review drawings, standards, tolerances and finished-part requirements.

2. Verify material certificates and maintain traceability.

3. CNC cut the plate outline and internal features.

4. Drill, slot, notch, bevel or machine as specified.

5. Assemble and weld ribs, tabs or subcomponents where required.

6. Straighten and inspect dimensions, flatness, holes and interfaces.

7. Perform specified visual and non-destructive weld inspection.

8. Blast, coat, mark, document and pack the finished plate product.
