Our Prefabricated Steel Staircase is a complete structural access system for industrial and commercial projects. It combines steel stair flights, anti-slip treads, landings, handrails, guardrails, support columns and connection components into one coordinated package.
The system is manufactured under factory-controlled conditions and divided into practical modules for transportation. This approach helps reduce site welding, simplifies component identification and improves installation efficiency.
Each staircase is built to order based on the customer’s drawings, building elevation, available footprint, required width and operating environment.

Heavy-duty structural steel construction
Customized floor height and stair dimensions
Anti-slip treads for industrial environments
Integrated intermediate and upper landings
Complete handrail and edge-protection system
Factory-drilled bolted connections
Multiple surface protection options
Modular components for container transportation
Reduced on-site fabrication
Drawing and installation support available
Suitable for lower elevations and open installation areas. It provides a direct and economical access route to platforms and mezzanines.
Uses a quarter-turn landing to change the access direction by 90 degrees. It is suitable for corners and spaces with limited length.
Two parallel flights are connected by a half-turn landing. This arrangement provides greater elevation within a compact footprint.
A self-supporting structure with multiple landings, columns and bracing. It is suitable for tall industrial buildings and exterior access.
A staircase combined with a maintenance or operating platform for machinery, tanks, conveyors and processing equipment.

Yes. Architectural drawings can be reviewed and developed into detailed fabrication drawings with structural connections and component dimensions.
Yes. Straight, left-turn, right-turn and half-turn arrangements can be evaluated according to the available site space.
Yes. Handrails can be designed as bolted modules to reduce shipping volume and simplify installation.
Yes. The stringers, treads, platforms and support structure are engineered according to the specified design load and operating conditions.
Yes. Individual stair flights, platforms, handrails or complete supporting systems can be supplied according to the customer’s scope.
A project-specific corrosion protection system should be selected based on exposure conditions. Hot-dip galvanizing or an enhanced coating system is commonly considered.
