The profiles are formed from carbon steel or galvanized steel coils through a continuous roll-forming process. This manufacturing method allows steel sheets to be shaped into C, Z, U, sigma, hat and other complex sections without heating the material.
Cold formed steel profiles combine lightweight construction, accurate dimensions and flexible customization. They can be supplied with pre-punched holes, slots, stiffening ribs, return lips and customized edge folds, helping customers reduce secondary processing and improve installation efficiency.
Cold formed C sections are commonly used as roof purlins, wall girts, floor joists, framing members and equipment supports. Lipped and non-lipped profiles are available.
Z sections are widely used in steel building roofing and wall systems. Their shape allows sections to overlap at structural supports, making them suitable for continuous purlin systems.
U channels are typically used as tracks, edge members, framing guides, base channels and secondary structural components.
Sigma profiles provide additional stiffness through multiple folded edges and reinforcing grooves. They are suitable for long-span secondary framing, racks and industrial support systems.
Hat and omega sections are used for cladding support, ceilings, partitions, façade systems and equipment mounting.
Asymmetric profiles, slotted channels, perforated sections and special edge-folded profiles can be manufactured according to customer drawings or samples.

Cold formed sections are produced from steel sheet or coil at room temperature. They normally have thinner walls, more flexible profile shapes and a lower unit weight. Hot rolled sections are formed at high temperatures and are generally used for heavier primary structural members.
Yes. C and Z purlins are among the most widely used cold formed sections. They are commonly installed as roof purlins and wall girts in steel structure buildings.
Yes. We can review the profile geometry, material, thickness, hole pattern and surface requirements before confirming production.
Yes. Round holes, elongated slots and customized patterns can be punched during production to reduce secondary processing.
Yes. Profiles can be cut to the required length according to drawings, container limitations and installation requirements.
Yes. Pre-galvanized steel and other corrosion-protection options are available. The required zinc coating should be confirmed before production.
Trial production may be available depending on the profile design, tooling requirements and material specifications. Standard profiles generally require lower minimum quantities than newly developed custom profiles.
