ZSJH Steel provides OEM cold forming and roll-forming services for construction companies, steel building suppliers, equipment manufacturers and international distributors.
We convert steel coils into accurate, repeatable profiles with customized cross-sections, lengths, holes, slots, reinforcing ribs and edge returns. Components can be supplied as unfinished sections or delivered with galvanizing, primer, paint or powder coating.
Our made-to-drawing service is suitable for customers who need more than a standard C or Z section. From a simple channel to a complex asymmetric profile, each product is manufactured according to an approved technical drawing and inspection plan.

A cold formed steel profile is created by gradually bending steel sheet or coil through a series of forming rollers at room temperature. Each roller makes a controlled change until the required cross-section is achieved.
This process is particularly suitable for producing long, consistent steel components with:
Thin and uniform wall thickness
Complex cross-sectional shapes
Accurate longitudinal dimensions
Continuous reinforcing folds
Integrated holes and slots
High production repeatability
Efficient use of raw material
| Supply Type | Description | Recommended For |
|---|---|---|
| Standard Profiles | Common C, U, Z and hat sections | Steel buildings and general construction |
| Modified Standard Profiles | Standard shapes with special holes, lengths or coatings | Project-based installation requirements |
| Custom Open Profiles | Asymmetric channels with multiple folds and return lips | Equipment, façades and OEM products |
| Perforated Profiles | Sections with repeated holes, slots or mounting patterns | Racks, supports and modular systems |
| Reinforced Profiles | Profiles with ribs, beads or additional folds | Applications requiring increased stiffness |
| Finished Components | Formed, punched, cut and surface-treated products | Ready-to-install project supply |

Customers can customize the following features:
The web, flange, lip, return edge and bend arrangement can be adjusted to meet installation and functional requirements.
Longitudinal ribs, pressed beads and folded edges can be added to improve stiffness and control local deformation.
Round holes, elongated slots, keyhole openings, mounting holes and repeating perforations can be incorporated into production.
Profiles can be cut to fixed lengths or supplied in different lengths according to the project schedule and packing plan.
Notches, end holes, splice holes and installation slots can be manufactured according to assembly drawings.
Products can be supplied in black steel, pre-galvanized steel, primer-coated steel, painted steel or powder-coated steel.

Special profiles may require dedicated roll-forming tooling. Before tooling production, our team reviews:
Cross-sectional dimensions
Material thickness and strength
Minimum bending radii
Number and direction of bends
Springback allowance
Surface appearance requirements
Hole positions and punching sequence
Required dimensional tolerances
Estimated order quantity
Future annual demand
Trial sections can be checked and approved before full batch production.
Steel coils are checked for material grade, thickness, width, surface condition and certificate information.
The first manufactured section is compared with the approved drawing before continuous production begins.
Key dimensions, angles, hole positions and product straightness are monitored during manufacturing.
Coated and galvanized products are checked for scratches, exposed areas, uneven coating and handling damage.
Before packing, finished products are verified for quantity, length, cross-section, marking and packaging condition.
Customer submits a drawing, sample or dimensional request.
Our team reviews manufacturability and material requirements.
Profile design, tolerance and production method are confirmed.
A quotation and estimated schedule are prepared.
Tooling and sample production are arranged when necessary.
The customer approves the sample or first article.
Batch production begins.
Products are inspected, labeled and packed.
Shipping documents and loading arrangements are prepared.
The order is delivered to the required destination.
Yes. A sample can be used for preliminary evaluation, but a confirmed drawing should be prepared before production to define dimensions, tolerances and material requirements.
The drawing should include all section dimensions, steel thickness, bend radii, length, tolerances, hole locations, material grade and surface treatment.
Tooling and roller positions are adjusted according to steel grade, thickness and bending characteristics. The finished profile is measured against the approved drawing.
Depending on the design, punching can be completed before or during roll forming. The production sequence is selected according to hole accuracy and profile geometry.
Yes. We can combine forming, punching, cutting, drilling, welding and surface treatment according to the project requirements.
Yes. After tooling and profile specifications are approved, the process can provide consistent sections for future batch orders.
