Customization Capability

We fabricate from customer drawings or approved shop drawings. The technical review checks manufacturability, erection sequence and transport limits before release.

Manufacturing and Quality Control

1. Review drawings, standards, loads, tolerances and inspection requirements.

2. Verify steel certificates and maintain piece or heat-number traceability where required.

3. CNC cut plates, tubes, chords, lacing members and connection parts.

4. Assemble against controlled datums and fixtures.

5. Complete qualified welds in a planned sequence to control distortion.

6. Install plates, stiffeners, diaphragms, lacing or branch details.

7. Straighten and inspect geometry, interfaces, welds and holes.

8. Blast, coat, mark, document and pack by erection sequence.
