Every fabrication project has different requirements for steel grade, plate thickness, component shape, hole position, welding preparation and surface protection.
ZSJH Steel supplies carbon steel plates as raw materials, cut-to-size products or ready-to-assemble components. Customers can order standard rectangular plates or send detailed drawings for custom processing.
Our integrated service helps reduce additional subcontracting, material transfers and processing time. Steel plates can be delivered directly to your workshop or project location with the necessary cutting, drilling, beveling and protective coating already completed.

Standard mill-size plates for customers with their own cutting and fabrication facilities.
Rectangular plates cut to the required width and length, helping reduce material preparation work.
Custom components produced from DWG, DXF or PDF drawings using suitable CNC cutting equipment.
Cut plates can be drilled, bent, welded and assembled into structural or mechanical components.
Shot blasting, primer painting, finish coating and galvanizing services are available for different environments.

Yes. Different thicknesses and component sizes can be combined, subject to material availability and shipping arrangements.
A mill edge is formed during the original plate production process. A cut edge is produced by cutting equipment to achieve the required size or profile.
We can review equivalent grades based on the applicable design standard and project requirements. Final material approval should be confirmed by the project engineer.
Providing complete component drawings and quantities allows us to prepare a nesting plan and improve material utilization.
