Modular fabrication transfers significant site work into a controlled workshop environment. A module may include a heavy perimeter skid, columns, beams, bracing, grating floors, stairs, ladders, guardrails, lifting points and designated supports for equipment, piping or cable systems.
ZSJH Steel coordinates fabrication around module dimensions, transport envelopes, lifting loads and interface points. Structural sections and subassemblies are fabricated before controlled module erection and trial assembly. Critical geometry, access systems, lifting attachments and connection interfaces are inspected before coating, preservation and delivery.
