Bridge components demand accurate alignment, controlled welding and consistent connection geometry. Fabricated sections can incorporate deep webs, heavy flanges, longitudinal and transverse stiffeners, internal diaphragms, splice plates, bearing zones and lifting attachments.
ZSJH Steel reviews plate layout, weld access, assembly sequence and transport segmentation before fabrication. CNC-cut plates are prepared and assembled using controlled fixtures. Dimensional inspection, weld examination and trial assembly can be performed according to project requirements. Finished components are marked and supported to protect critical edges during shipment.
