These components are designed for projects where standard rolled sections cannot satisfy requirements for size, geometry or load capacity. Products may incorporate built-up H-sections, box sections, stiffeners, diaphragms, end plates, base plates, splice plates and lifting points. Material grade, plate thickness, dimensions, hole patterns, weld details and protective coating can be customized.
Our work begins with drawing and specification review. Materials are identified and prepared before CNC cutting, beveling, forming, fit-up and controlled welding. Dimensional inspections and applicable weld examinations are completed before surface treatment, marking and export packaging. Components can be delivered individually or as trial-assembled subassemblies.
